Complaints, compliments and suggestions are welcomed as they are important to the region, to help understand the first-hand experience of the patient as way to learn and improve patient safety and quality of care.

Our goal is the best possible patient experience. We depend on patients and families to be our partners in achieving this. Our patients have identified these values as important to them.

Survey Responses

All regional program surveys start with questions based on the regions Declaration of Patient Values.  The results are combined to get an overall regional picture for each broad Patient Value Statement.  The results can be found here and are updated quarterly to include any new survey responses.
